Confidentiality and Access to Records

We provide a confidential service to all our patients including under 16 year olds. The Practice is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and all records we hold on file or on the computer are completely confidential. They are only shared with those health professionals directly involved in a patients care.

You have the right to see your medical records subject to the limitations of the law. This is normally arranged within an appointment with the patients GP.
