We
provide
a
confidential
service
to all
our
patients
including
under
16 year
olds.
The
Practice
is
registered
under
the
Data
Protection
Act
1988
and all
records
we hold
on file
or on
the
computer
are
completely
confidential.
They
are
only
shared
with
those
health
professionals
directly
involved
in a
patientÂ’s
care.
You
have
the
right
to see
your
medical
records
subject
to the
limitations
of the
law.
This is
normally
arranged
within
an
appointment
with
the
patientÂ’s
GP.
The
practice
has
installed
a
telephone
recording
system
which
will
record
all
calls
made
into
and out
of the
practice.
This is
to be
used to
monitor
and
improve
the
standard
of the
service
we
offer
you.
