Practice Manager

Mrs Lindsey Stockton, is responsible for the organisation of the Practice and will be happy to help with any problems.

Assistant Practice Manager

Mrs Sharon Swindell, assists with the organisation of all aspects of the Practice, and is co-ordinating the additional workload generated by the advent of the new GP Contract.

Patient Services Manager

Miss Wendy Jones is responsible for all of the Services we provide to you as patients and she is continually monitoring how to improve them.

Receptionists

Reception Manager Irene Lomas, Patient Services Manager Wendy Jones, Lindsey Vinecombe, Jessica Thornley, Joy Wain and Deborah Wood.

Our reception team arrange appointments, deal with phone requests and keep the surgeries running smoothly. If you wish to register with the practice they will provide you with information and the necessary forms to do so. Under the new GP Contract which started on 1st April 2004, patients register with a Practice, rather than an individual GP. However, we prefer you to identify with one of us, and this should be mentioned to the Receptionists on contact with the surgery.

Jayne Bailey is in charge of scanning all patient correspondence onto our computer system, to ensure that patients' electronic records are up to date.

Practice Administrator

Mrs Barbara Goddard, oversees the childhood immunisation programme and many aspects of the Practice computer system.

Dispensary Team

Dispensary Manager Helen Jones, Helen Armstrong, Bridget Riley, Michelle Barkley and Abby Atkin.

Our dispensary team dispense prescriptions for country patients, (living more than 1 mile from the Practice), and answer any queries you may have regarding your medication.

Secretary

Gill Melbourne deals with all hospital referrals and co-ordinates

Computer Administrator

Mrs Heather Goldstraw is our Computer Administrator and supervises the movement of your medical records.
